The System Architecture is a way to give the overall view of a system and to place it into context with external systems.  This allows the reader and user of the document to orient them to the design and see a summary before proceeding into the details of the design 


 


 Architecture of The Enterprise Data Tracking Application
Description:
The user login into the application using the pin number and username given to him/her by the IT Specialist and then he navigates to his page where he interacts with the application.

If an IT Specialists logs in to the application, he can go ahead and create accounts for various users of the application.
The application then checks whether the user who has logged in ceo, if he is the one the application logs him in and allows him to allocate projects to project managers, view progress reports, View photos, view operation costs, create appointments and view appointments.

The application then checks whether the user who has logged in is a project manager, if he is the one, the application logs him in and allows him to write Material Requisite,  write operation costs, create fleet conditions, view attendance, view time sheet, create appointment, view appointments.

The application then checks whether the user who has logged in is a foreman, if he is the one, the application logs him in and allows him to write Material Report,  write workers attendance, create time sheet, create appointment, view appointments.

The application then checks whether the user who has logged in is a procurement officer, if he is the one, the application logs him in and allows him to write load instruction, write delivery note, and create appointment, view appointments and view material requisites.
